SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
At The New Parlour, we aim to provide a seamless and delightful shopping experience. Orders are processed and shipped within one business day of being placed, excluding Sundays and Dutch public holidays. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and will be displayed during checkout.

We currently offer shipping within Europe. Delivery times within Europe generally range from 1 to 10 business days, with orders within the Netherlands typically arriving within 1 to 2 business days. While we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather or customs delays.
In the future, we may expand our shipping services to include international orders. Should we offer international shipping, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about any potential additional charges.

CUSTOMS & TAXES
For orders shipped within the EU, there are no customs duties, though all prices include VAT at the applicable rate based on the Netherlands' 21% VAT. This VAT is included in the purchase price at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU (in the future), customs duties and taxes may apply, and these will be the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure about any additional charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey until it reaches you.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
We strive for excellence in our service, but if your order is damaged, lost, or delayed, please reach out to us at info@thenewparlour.com. While we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs procedures, we are here to assist you in resolving any issues as quickly as possible.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
We kindly ask that you verify your shipping address at checkout to avoid any issues. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the time of order. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thenewparlour.com. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes—please provide a valid street address.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Certain products, such as nail polish and fragrances, are classified as hazardous materials by our shipping partners and cannot be shipped to some destinations. If you are unsure about shipping availability for your location, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll assist you in any way we can.

RETURN POLICY

ELIGIBILITY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged skincare products within 14 days of the delivery date.

RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@thenewparlour.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or defective item).

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:

  • Opened, used, or damaged products

  • Personal care items, such as facial tools and brushes

  • Items purchased during sales or special promotions

  • Gift cards

REFUNDS
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the product is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, and please note that processing times may vary based on your bank or card provider.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Simply send us a photo of the issue to info@thenewparlour.com.
