These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and services The New Parlour provides. By browsing our website, booking a treatment, and/or making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. PRICES, PAYMENT, TAXES & CUSTOMS
All prices on The New Parlour website are listed in Euros (€) and include the mandatory 21% VAT. Please note that delivery costs are separate and will be calculated at checkout, based on your location. For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly advise checking with your local customs office for additional charges before placing your order. If your order is returned due to customs issues, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that we will not refund any shipping charges if you refuse or reject the parcel upon arrival. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery caused by customs or import restrictions. We are also not responsible for handling fees or payment declines imposed by your card issuer.
ORDERS
When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Your order is only accepted once we have successfully processed your payment and confirmed the availability of the products. At this point, we will send you an email confirming the acceptance and dispatch of your order. Please be advised that all orders are subject to availability.
DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. We ask that you double-check the accuracy of your shipping details to avoid any delays. As we require a signature upon delivery, we recommend selecting an address where someone can receive the parcel in person. Due to shipping regulations, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, and items from the same order cannot be shipped to different addresses.
RETURNS & REFUNDS FOR EU RESIDENTS
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. As an EU consumer, you have the right to return most products within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are in their original condition, unused, and unopened. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received the returned item. Please note, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Skincare, beauty products, or fragrances once opened or the packaging seal has been broken
Personal care products (such as facial tools, dry brushes, and lifting cups)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon. Items purchased online from The New Parlour cannot be returned to the physical store.
ACCURACY & DAMAGED GOODS
We take great care to ensure the accuracy of our product descriptions and images. However, due to the nature of some products, there may be slight variations in color, texture, or formulation from one item to another.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or defective product, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and will arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.
LIABILITY
The New Parlour is not liable for any export restrictions or national laws that may apply to the products purchased. You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with all relevant laws, including obtaining any necessary customs, import, or other permits to purchase our goods.
SALON CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge for the full treatment.For cancellations or changes, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly by phone. Please note that last-minute cancellations via email, direct message, or WhatsApp will be considered invalid and result in a full charge for the treatment. In case of illness, we always recommend prioritizing your health. However, we cannot make exceptions to this policy, and charges will still apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY (SALON)
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are up to 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if you arrive later than this, we may be unable to provide the full treatment.
NO-SHOW FEE (SALON)
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be billed for the entire treatment. Should payment not be made, we reserve the right to engage a collection agency, and any additional costs associated with this process will be your responsibility.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
For your safety and well-being, please inform us of any current medical treatments, health conditions, or changes in your health status. We may require a note from your physician, chiropractor, or therapist to ensure that the treatment is appropriate for your condition.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Valid for one year from the date of issue

The New Parlour is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates
Can be used across multiple visits
Transferable to another person

Valid for one year from the date of purchase

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of The New Parlour or used under license. You are not permitted to use, copy, distribute, or alter any part of this website without prior written consent from The New Parlour.
SECURITY
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information and secure your order and payment details. It is your responsibility to keep your account login and password confidential. While we use industry-standard measures to protect our website, we cannot guarantee that it will be free of bugs, viruses, or other harmful components.
