By using our website, booking a treatment, and/or making a purchase, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions, last updated on June 1, 2024. If you have any inquiries or issues regarding the terms and conditions, please reach out to info@thenewparlour.com before proceeding with an order or booking a treatment.

PRICES, PAYMENT, TAXES & CUSTOMS

All prices on The New Parlour are in euros. Our prices include the mandatory EU 21% VAT but exclude delivery costs for all orders (European Union & outside the EU). If you order from outside the European Union (EU), your local customs authority may charge you customs or import duties. The buyer is responsible for extra costs due to applicable customs duties and taxes. We will not refund your order if you reject the parcel. Additionally, we are not responsible for online handling or processing fees that your card issuer may charge, validation checks, or declines to authorize payments.

ORDERS

Upon placing an order with us, you will receive an email confirming our receipt of your order. Before accepting your order, we require payment of the total price for the goods. After we have received your payment and confirmed the product's availability, we will send you an email confirming the acceptance and dispatch of your order. Our acceptance of your order constitutes a legally binding contract for the purchase of the products. All orders are subject to availability.

DELIVERY

The products will be delivered to the address you specified on the order form. Please make sure the address is accurate. The delivery service will need a signature upon delivery, so choose an address where this is possible. Due to shipping restrictions, we cannot ship to Post Office boxes. Also, products from the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.

RETURNS & REFUNDS FOR EU RESIDENTS

For most products purchased online, you have the legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving the products and receive a refund, if the products are in perfect condition. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund, excluding the original shipping costs. Please note that the cost of returning the item from your location to the online store is your responsibility.

For hygiene reasons, your right to cancel will not apply to skincare, beauty products, or fragrances if the seal/packaging has been removed or tampered with, as well as facial tools and other products (e.g., lifting cup, kansa wand, dry brushes) that are personal in nature.

If you wish to return your order or an item, please email info@thenewparlour.com. Once you receive confirmation, send the item to The New Parlour, Nieuwe Leliestraat 31, 1015 SJ, Amsterdam.

After we have received the returned product in good condition, we will refund the order amount within 14 days. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless we have both expressly agreed otherwise. Please note that items purchased online from The New Parlour cannot be returned to the store.

ACCURACY & DAMAGED GOODS

We take care to ensure that the descriptions of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, due to the nature of the product, the shape, texture, and formulation can vary from piece to piece. If you believe a product has been delivered damaged, faulty, or has developed a fault, please inform us as soon as possible.

LIABILITY

Specific national laws may restrict the export of our goods to your location. We do not make any claims or accept any responsibility regarding the export or import of the goods you purchase from us. You are responsible for complying with all relevant laws, including obtaining any necessary customs, import, or other permits required to purchase goods from our website.

CANCELLATION POLICY SALON

Cancellations, changes, or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge for the entire treatment, regardless of the reason for the cancellation. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy. This policy will remain in effect even in cases of illness. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time by using the link provided in the confirmation email or speaking directly to us over the phone. Please note that last-minute cancellations via email, direct message, or WhatsApp will be considered invalid and result in a charge for the entire treatment. In the event of illness, we expect clients to prioritize their health and refrain from attending the treatment, even if it results in potential financial loss.

Disruptions beyond our control, such as unexpected noises outside our premises, do not entitle you to a refund. We will only cancel the appointment in unforeseen situations.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY SALON

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We will wait for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled time. If you arrive after 15 minutes, the full treatment time may not be possible.

NO-SHOW FEE SALON

If you miss your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be billed for the entire treatment. If you do not pay for the treatment, we will notify a collection agency, and any additional costs associated with collecting the debt will be your responsibility.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

You are responsible for informing us of any current medical treatments or changes in your health conditions and providing permission from your physician, midwife, chiropractor, or physical therapist.

- Valid for one year

- Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash

- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged certificates

- Can be used in multiple visits

- Transferable to another person

TREATMENT PACKAGES

- Valid for one year

- Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or products

- Non-transferable to another person

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, including copyright, to this website are owned by The New Parlour or are licensed to The New Parlour. You are not permitted to use, modify, distribute, or repost this website or its contents without permission from The New Parlour.

SECURITY

We take reasonable care to secure our website and ensure your order and payment details are kept safe. It's your responsibility to keep your password and account username confidential. We cannot guarantee that our website will be bug or virus-free, so you should use virus protection software.

JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions, along with any resulting contracts from using this website, are subject to Dutch law.
